Jenaya Rose
There is something truly sacred about moving your body with intention.
I teach gentle Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative yoga, these sacred practices ask you to slow down, to listen, to arrive somewhere true inside yourself. My classes are beginner friendly, but that's not the whole story. What I'm really offering is a space where your body gets to be exactly as it is. Not where it should be. Not what someone else expects. The only thing required is you and your presence.
Every body moves differently. Everybody needs something different. As your yoga instructor and personal trainer, I meet you where you are.
In my classes, you will always come first. If that means settling into child's pose while the room moves around you — that is the practice. If it means finding something unexpected and joyful in an Asana you've never done before — that is also the practice. There is no wrong way to show up.
What I can promise you is this: you will leave feeling restored. Grounded. Returned to something in yourself. I will hold the space. I will encourage you. And I will keep bringing you back gently, to your breath and your body.
I look forward to meeting you on the mat. From my heart to yours.

YOUR GUIDE
Held by someone who has been there.
I came to this work at fourteen — not as a career, but as a way through. Yoga and movement were how I met myself and it has shaped everything I offer my clients.
Eight years of practice and many clients later, all met without judgement. A yoga practice that does not push, does not perform, does not ask you to be anything other than what you are when you walk in.
"I guide you and I move with you, whilst you find your way home."
The movement I teach is intuitive in the truest sense of the word — I listen to what your body is trying to tell you, not what looks good, but what is grounded in the deepest respect for the practice.
Whether one-on-one or in small groups, the space is the same: safe, considered, supported and seen.
